Delivery
Delivery is deliberately narrow: New South Wales food-service venues, frozen goods handled properly, and terms agreed between people.
We deliver to NSW venues only — no interstate or overseas delivery. Your delivery address, cold-chain eligibility, and product availability are validated when you order, not after.
Frozen lines travel at or below -18°C and require a cold-chain eligible delivery address. If your venue cannot receive frozen goods at the agreed time, we will hold the order rather than risk the product.
Each pack carries a minimum order quantity. Where you need something outside the published minimums, talk to our team — minimums exist to protect freshness, not to pad invoices.
Orders are placed on invoice. Our team reviews freight, stock, and delivery timing, then issues your invoice. There are no card payments and no payment is taken at order time.
Register your venue
Delivery addresses live on your approved trade account, so cold-chain eligibility and NSW validation are ready before your first order. Register with your ABN and NSW address to begin.
